At Lighthouse Therapeutic Services, I am dedicated to helping children and families understand reasons for behaviour through a therapeutic lens. Through my work as an experienced Play Therapist I put the child at the centre of my work to bring about change for the child and the wider family.
I understand that seeking therapy can be a difficult and brave decision, I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where you and your family can feel comfortable and empowered to make positive changes.

When I called Helen and explained the circumstances Helen was very professional, clear and concise. She provided great advice and outlined the way she would approach this case.
